My oldest bio dad was seeing our son through the contact center once a month for 3 hours. His choice, not mine I wanted every other weekend he said it was too much. Since the coronavirus he was meant to do zoom contact never did. I was told by the court if he wants contact he's got to set everything up as I have gone out of my way to do contact. Now his solicitor has quit on him and the judge has called him back to see why no contact has taken place and to see if he wants to continue with contact. He never saw him in the 4 years after we left. He only saw him 7 times before the virus started. My problem is our son who will be nine in October has said he doesn't want to do the contact center or see his dad, he was listening in on the conversation. Does anyone have any similar experiences? We left due to DV. Many Thanks
