Wander through a marketplace where farmers, foragers, fermenters and artisan makers lay out the season's fruit, vegetables and handcrafted treats. You'll find charcuterie and cheeses, kombucha and kefir, burgers and beer, plus whatever else the South Downs has been up to lately.

People often leave with a jar of something fizzy and a stronger opinion about goats' cheese. Expect to sample local produce, compare notes on pickling techniques and come away with a pocket full of tastes and stories.
